Europe in Change: STEAMing ahead towards our future
3 years, 6 schools, 50 teachers, 126 students, 256 mobilities

A vast number of students and teachers have been involved in the learning, teaching, training and managing activities that the 6 participating schools organized during the 3 years of the project. More than 120 students travelled and were hosted by foreign families during the 6 ‘short-term exchanges of groups of pupils’ that were organized. 20 teachers participated in 5 project meetings and 6 short-term exchanges and 30 more teachers participated in two ‘Joint staff teacher trainings that took place in Belgium and Greece.
In total, 256 mobilities were made by almost 180 participants although only 125 mobilities were planned and had been described in our original proposal. The huge interest and motivation of our students and colleagues to be involved in all project activities forced us to increase the number of participants. Although we couldn’t increase the budget of the project, we successfully managed to involve a lot of extra students in the project and we finally came out with the impressive number of a total of 256 mobilities in just 3 years. And apart from that in every school scores of students and parents were involved who did not travel themselves, but experienced the huge impact of the project activities.
